Application Analyst - HR Applications

The Application Analyst provides administrative and technical support for assigned HR Applications (Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, API, Time & Attendance, Shift Select) in support of the HR Business and/or functions in addition to providing support for normal software maintenance and updates.
The Application Analyst assists with analyzing and identifying issues within the software application and provides recommendations for corrective actions to resolve issues.
The Application Analyst creates and maintains test scripts in support of new installations, projects, and/or system updates.
The Application Analyst will develop an understanding of end-user workflows while serving as a liaison between end users, subject matter experts, and technical support.
The Application Analyst will also perform other duties, including on call duties, as assigned or required.
The ideal Application Analyst will have a Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience supporting HR related applications combined with the ability to quickly learn new software and technical information.
The ideal Application Analyst is self-motivated, able to work well in team environments, possess strong customer service skills, and is able to demonstrate sound and logical problem solving abilities to consistently meet defined Service Level Agreements.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
