Supply Chain - Business Operations Manager

Establish and maintain the rolling forecast in conjunction with Sales and Product line Management for major customers as determined by the Business Unit, including daily monitoring of order entry, bookings and salesforce.com changes
Help develop the demand plan through inputs from Sales and Product Line Management in support of annual operating plan revenues, manufacturing forecasts, while maximizing service levels to customers and minimizing inventories.
Interface with worldwide manufacturing facilities and regional sales offices to manage and report revenues, backlogs, shipments, risks and issues.
Assist in managing priorities when supply or capacity constraints restrict ability to meet demand
Interface with Customer Service/Backlog Management as required to resolve customer demand issues such as, expedites escalations, credit holds, re-schedules, delivery schedules, lead time and quote order

Prepare recurring management summaries and ongoing reporting regarding forecasting, shipments and inventory as required
Perform other duties as necessary
Superior communications skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organization
Strong analytical skill set; attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities
Must be able to work independently with limited direction, self-motivated
Intermediate/Advanced Excel Skills
Experience with Order Management/Manufacturing ERP Systems, Oracle experience a plus
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years experience.
Position ideally would be based in Horsham, PA but would consider other locations

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
