Business Applications Administrator (Entry-Level)

Do you consider yourself driven and passionate about technology? We are seeking an entry-level Business Applications Administrator to manage our internal business platforms.
You will be managing and maintaining Sovos' internal business platform which includes a set of SaaS applications known as MIBOS. This is an entry-level position that enables end-to-end business process enablement and improvement AND and a 360 view of the business. You will be managing and maintaining a set of SaaS applications that:
Maintain and enhance key internal business applications, including:
Client relationship management system: Salesforce.com
Client portal, Salesforce.com Community
Pricing and quoting system, Oracle CPQ (BigMachines)
Coordinate with cross-functional owners of additional internal business applications, including Marketo (marketing automation), Intacct (accounting management), NetSuite OpenAir (professional services & expense tracking), etc.
Maintain system documentation and secure processes
Recommend enhancements to system to improve efficiency and deliver more value
Report and dashboard generation as requested by management
Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings and access settings
Perform data integrity and manipulation activities
Skills/Requirements
Strong functional understanding of object-oriented databases and systems
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
Sound analytical skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and problem solve
Exposure to software development
B.S. in MIS, Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science are preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
