PRIMARY DUTIES:
Icing and decorating cakes and cookies.
Customer relations/ order taking; Eye contact; Speaking to each customer; Being helpful,
Quality production and custom decoration of goods,
Meets production goals / creative artwork / related novelty items,
Preparing / finishing / baking / monitoring / controlling expenses /, understands shrink,
Take charge / motivated / maximizes sales,
Ordering / product movement / scanner maintenance,
General knowledge of scratch bakery operation,
Contributes to profitable operation,
Weekly ad / advantage sales,
Works with corp. merchandiser,
Seasonal sales,
General housekeeping / sanitization / food safety,
Cooler and freezer organization,
Team approach to job. Positive outlook,
Communicates well with manager,
Training programs,
Planning / organization / decision making / imagination,
Take good notes / follow through / prioritize tasks,
Other duties as assigned by the perishable or bakery manager,
Support programs that we have; Advantage Card; Continuity, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
AM to PM shift based on need of dept. 36-40 hour work week,
Available 5 of 7 day work week,
Reliable and dependable,
Stooping, bending and repetitive lifting to 80#.
