An individual could be successful if they possess the following.
Your daily responsibilities include
Responsible for the accurate receipt, issuance, organization and storage of specific products in the food and beverage storeroom and warehouse
Ensure that orders are filled and delivered correctly, on schedule and that they meet the quality standards of the company
Responsible for the handling of food and beverage products to include stocking, rotating and delivery to proper locations
Advise supervisor/manager of any shortages or inventory discrepancies as they become known
Display an energetic attitude while working with guests and employees
Perform daily rotation of food products and check to ensure all perishable products are labeled and dated
Identify and possess a working knowledge of storage of specific food products, such as seafood, produce, and primal cuts
Observe established safety and security procedures
Operate a fork lift
Drive a delivery truck between facilities on the property and to vendors to pick up product
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
0 6 months of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and manuals
Must have the ability to perform basic math skills
Must have the ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions
Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (ie, written, oral, ect)
Must have the ability to obtain proper food handling certification
Must be qualified to drive a fork lift
Must possess a valid driver's license; must be able to pass physical required to obtain Department of Transportation medical certificate
