This position is responsible for accurate and timely performance of payment posting and account receivables follow up for physician services. Contributes to the budget by proper use of supplies and by proper use and maintenance of equipment. Works professionally as a team member in conjunction with other employees in the parties and institution. Complies with policies and procedures.
Recruitment Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Some college or related courses preferred
Minimum 1 year related healthcare clerical experience
Proficiency in the use of a PC
Knowledge of medical terminology
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must maintain discretion and confidentially when communicating with others
