ONE70 GROUP is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience and project management experience.
DUTIES:
Communication with project stakeholders.
Sample requests.
Take offs.
Material pricing.
Bid analyzing.
Project coordination of all material.
Delivery coordination.
Initiating correspondences for the project team.
Update project management software for all action items.
Update and maintain an up to date log of all documents on our web based server.
Submit RFIs to get clarification on scope of work.
Submit invoices to the proper facility.
REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years project management experience.
Ability to read and understand drawings.
Ability to understand project specification documents.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Team player that can operate independently as required.
Ability to multitask.
Energetic, self-starter, highly motivated.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
