Building Services Mechanic.
JOB
Summary:
To perform maintenance duties in and around the buildings of the complex and to construct, repair and maintain related equipment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Completes assigned work orders daily, to include repairs on and maintenance of mechanical, non-mechanical and electrical equipment. Work must be performed in a safe and timely manner and according to dept. standards and procedures and to manufacturers' specifications.
Observes mechanical devices ) pumps, motors, engines, etc.) in operation and listens to their sounds during equipment check rotations and during daily activity. Notifies supervisors of problems immediately.
Keeps accurate records and documentation of work performed and turns in paperwork at end of the shift.
Maintains work area in a safe and efficient manner.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
