This position is located within the Division of Facilities Management and Property Services of the Department of Administration. Under general supervision, incumbent tracks and implements projects, develops policies and procedure, and advises agency leadership on the implementation and application of programs and activities. Creates, updates and distributes project plans, schedules, and reports. Ensures project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated. Implements standard risk management routines with management support, to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implements action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Incumbent will also assist the Director of Facilities Management and Property Services with RFP development and contract administration for outsourced real property functions. Tracks contract budget, deliverables and expenditures. Provides staff support to State Nuclear Advisory Council (NAC) and the SC-BOEM Offshore Renewable Energy Task Force. Serves as agency liaison to the Emergency Management Division for agency assigned ESFs. Participates in Capital Projects Review Committee meetings and provides technical expertise regarding code compliance issues. Performs other duties as required.
Minimum and Additional Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college and relevant program experience.

Knowledge of the agency's mission, programs, and objectives. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures. Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, conceptualize, and initiate implementation of concepts. Position may be required to work during emergency or hazardous weather situations.
