Summary:
Bryant & Stratton College instructors will support the College mission by facilitating an active learning classroom through alternative delivery methodologies. Instructors will maintain contemporary knowledge and skills in their discipline to support their expected classroom responsibilities. Instructors will participate in departmental and campus wide activities to support the needs of the student population and campus team.

All instructors will possess and exhibit qualities of professionalism, integrity, self-esteem, self-motivation, and a strong desire to guide students to improve their career prospects.
All instructors are expected to possess the credential and experiential requirements as described in Bryant & Stratton College Policy No. 035: : Required master's degree may be
Master of Public Health
MBA with Healthcare concentration/focus
Master of Health Administration
Master of Health Services Administration
MA Hospital Administration
MS in Management (MSM) with an emphasis in Health Care Management
MA in Health Care Administration
Master in healthcare Informatics
Master's degree in applicable discipline with Healthcare concentration/strong focus
All instructors are expected to maintain a contemporary skill set in support of active learning and authentic assessment evaluation methodology.
All instructors are responsible for establishing and maintaining a classroom climate consistent with the College values.
