The Hunterdon Center for Surgery, affiliated with Hunterdon Health Care System, located in Flemington, New Jersey is seeking an RN in our Surgical Center.
JOB SUMMARY
Assumes responsibility for providing patient care in accordance with established standards of professional nursing care.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Uses surgical skills as a first line direct patient care treatment team. Assumes the surgical treatment team leader when assignment ensures compliance with all policies and procedures. Uses an understanding of principles of growth and development to assess each surgical patient's age-specific treatment and care
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Associates's Degree or Diploma from accredited nursing program required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and certificate and/or Advanced Specialized or Technical Training preferred.
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room RN experience. Prior Ambulatory Surgical experience is strongly preferred.
REQUIRED LICENSE, REGISTRY OR CERTIFICATION
Graduate of an accredited NLN program. ACLS preferred. AORN Certification preferred.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES REQUIRED
Leadership, strong surgical skills and high motivation. Good communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills required. Shows initiative and possesses good problem solving skills. Ability to use special surgical equipment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
