Job Details
Provides nursing patient care, administrative and clinical support to physicians, physician extenders and other health care professionals within the PFW OB/GYN practice, within of the scope of a PA licensed registered nurse. Primarily responsible for walk in and telephone triage, sick calls, test results, rx refills, vaccines, patient education, etc. Responsible for case management, in collaboration with providers to include nurse visits, telephone management, etc. Participates in quality initiatives, process improvement activities to improve patient outcomes, experience and safety. Initiates CPR and other emergency measures.
Performs duties in support of the Crozer-Keystone Health Network mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner.
Monday- Friday, 8 hour shifts, no on call.
