QualificationsLicense Requirements
Current OTA licensure in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification required.
Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
Additional State Requirements

Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant.
