AAA EAST CENTRAL is looking for an energetic, driven, and talented individualto join our team in a full-time customer service role thatis available at our Royersford branchoffice. Candidates must beavailable to work 37.50 hours per week, Monday - Friday from 10:00am-6:00pm aswell as some Thursday evenings until 8:00pm and some Saturdays from 10:00am-2:00pm. This position pays $10.95-$11.68 perhour, based on experience.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
We arelooking for a full-time Branch Specialist to provide exceptional customerservice and assist members with a wide variety of available products andservices.
PrepareTripTiks , provide maps, tour books, and other travel-related materials.
Assistwith hotel and car rental reservations and provide auto-travel destinationinformation.
Promote,sell, and upgrade AAA memberships and process payments.
Identifycross-selling opportunities, such as special attraction tickets or travelrelated merchandise.
Issuepassport photos.
Balanceand reconcile cash drawer.
Performnotary services.
Providelicense and registration services and maintain current knowledge of DMVregulations and procedures.
Performadditional job-related duties as assigned by management.
HSDiploma or GED.
2-5years of customer service experience.
PCliteracy and data entry skills.
Abilityto operate office equipment and perform basic accounting duties.
Abilityto work quickly and handle multiple tasks on a daily basis.
Priorexperience using DMV licensing system.
Obtainsand maintains valid notary license.
Successful completion of Auto Club pre-employmentassessments, background and drug screenings.
