Summary:
Provides human resources consultation and support to business units assigned. As a strategic business partner, the individual is expected to have a variety of knowledge, including staffing, benefits, and training and employee relations to provide tactical HR support to directors, managers and employees. Acts as employee champion and works with the Director of Human Resources to support efforts as a change ambassador. The Business Partner assesses and anticipates HR-related needs in the organization and communicates needs proactively to the Director of Human Resources proposing and developing integrated solutions. Responsibilities:
Assists in the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic human resources programs which are consistent with the mission, values and goals of Franciscan Children's. Manages the full life-cycle recruitment for positions in assigned departments; Uses efficiently and effectively different recruiting strategies and techniques to source for various positions utilizing social networking, applicant tracking system, internet searches and professional networks Serves as the main point of contact and administrator for applicant tracking database and scheduling software, ensuring that the organization is in compliance with the government rules and regulations Facilitates the onboarding process for all new hires in area of responsibility (new hire paperwork, background checks, new hire orientation) Maintains and promotes a positive and professional work environment within the company and within Human Resources and to promote a high level of integrity within Human Resources to the company. Provides HR Policy guidance and counseling/coaching to employees at all levels Works with Director of Human Resources to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues Supports HR Director in any other projects assigned. Education, Experience and Skills required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or other related field At least 3-5 years of healthcare Human Resources experience OR at least 7 years of Human Resources experience in a similar position Strong experience in full cycle healthcare recruitment, especially Medical and Clinical positions in a Hospital setting Strong Employee Relations experience and familiarity with MA Employment Laws Ability to embrace and demonstrate company's values:

Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels. Ability to take initiative to identify and anticipate internal customer needs and make recommendations for implementation. Knowledge of and ability to use the organization and industry standards, procedures and policies relevant to human resources management. Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and ability to advice on laws and regulations affecting HR practices. Knowledge of HR approaches, tools and techniques; ability to inform, guide and advice managers in HR-related initiatives. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
