Automated Assembly Programmer/Operator
Operate and program automated micro electronics assembly equipment such as Palomar 2460-V Ball bonder, 2470-V Wedge bonder, 3500-11 Die bonder, MRSI-505 and MRSI-170 Epoxy dispense equipment. Run production programs and produce product. Perform daily cleaning, maintenance and repair of equipment.

Must be able to work with various epoxies which are mainly silver based, such as Epo-Tek H20E, Ablebond, Ablestik 84-1 LMIT1.
High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum of one year experience as an Automated Micro Assembly Operator. Must be proficient with soldering SMT components, ball bonding, die bonding wedge bonding and wire bonding.
