Overview
The Account Manager plays a critical role in AmTrust's sales operations and serves as the go-to individual for all matters pertaining to corporate accounts. They are responsible for carrying out the functions and goals of the Sales Department within the guidelines and procedures that have been established by Management. Primary responsibility includes support of company's OEM and or Corporate Accounts.
Responsibilities
Main point of contact for accounts managed and support contact for accounts supported
Support Product Launch
Spearheading or supporting strategic initiatives with accounts
Tracking and Managing all open initiatives for managed accounts
Responsible for increase in overall service plan sales within the account
Identifying new product opportunities and enhancing current product production
Ongoing market research to identify competitive opportunities
Conduct online training/Webinars
Responding to e-mails and messages from accounts/dealers
Ensure Sales Representatives are provided all marketing materials
Working with internal departments to make sure program/process changes are timely and implemented properly
Intervening on behalf of an account for service or other operational issues when needed
Attend all conference calls, monthly meetings as well as national and district meetings as needed
Analyze business metrics (attachment and conversion rates)
Act as Liaison between clients and operational areas
Qualifications
3
years experience in Sales or Account Management
Positive and upbeat personality
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Experience providing excellent customer service to ensure the retention of key accounts
Experience in the insurance industry desired
Experience with auto warranties or other warranty products desired

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
