DescriptionGreat Start Program for new RN graduates. Join us for a very strong orientation where you will have an on unit preceptor and be followed by nursing education ( professional practice ). After your formal orientation you will be assigned a mentor for 6 months. We also have a new grad breakfast for 6 months after formal orientation where you can share and continue to learn.
