Overview
Industrial Engineers are concerned with the design, improvement, and installation of integrated systems of people, material, information, equipment, energy and technology; plans plant, office, and production facilities and equipment layouts; determines the most efficient sequence of operations and work flow; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may plan and schedule training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
Responsibilities
Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocating work stations and equipment, and purchase of equipment. Determine manufacturing equipment capacities and identify any constraints. Confer with support team and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will typically have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 0-3 years of related experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
