Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:
Responsible for the local delivery and execution ofcore HR services to employees and managers in a defined area. Performs avariety of employment related functions for the ultimate purpose of enhancingemployee engagement, productivity and ensuring employee compliance with companypolicies.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
Establishes self as 'go to' HRperson for managers and employees in assigned territory. Develops effective working relationships withlocal management and employees in order to influence and coach them oneffective employment practices.
Works in partnership with localmanagement on various employment matters including Performance Managementissues, employee inquiries or complaints, as well as the implementation ofcompany-wide HR activities such as: Vision Week, Ethics/Integrity Training, theEmployee Survey, the Performance Reviews and Goal Setting process, etc.
Conducts investigations andrecommends actions to effectively resolve policy violations. Seeks counsel from Legal as necessary toensure proper risk management. Elevates matters to the Region HR Operations Manageror other appropriate authority as may be appropriate.
Stays current on state/federalemployment laws and company policies. Shares 'need to know' information withmanagers to help improve their supervisory effectiveness and to avoid problems.
Per the direction of the BECompliance Director, prepares Affirmative Action Plans for facilities withinassigned geography. Shares goals and expectations of supervisors to progresstowards goals.
Partners with HR Coordinators toprocess employment transactions (hires, transfers, equity adjustments,promotions, etc) and to acquire employee data reflecting employmenttrends/progress towards key initiatives or expectations.
May deploy training to inform orassist employees/managers on job related activities, policies or bestpractices.
Participates in the interviewprocess for area openings if so requested by Hiring Manager.
Coordinates day one activities fornew employee on-boarding following a prescribed checklist. Initiate relocation if needed.
Provides input for process/policyimprovement.
HR Generalist supports HR programs,processes and procedures emanating from COEs or other HR Leadership areas. Sr HR Generalist implements HR programs,processes and procedures emanating from COEs or other HR leadership areas.

Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration or related field (or
equivalent work experience). Minimum5-7 years HRGeneralist experience with strong knowledge of Employee/Labor relations for SrGeneralist. Must have solid humanresources generalist skills, especially in the areas of talent acquisition,performance management, employee relations and, where applicable, labor law andlabor relations. Must be able to quicklygain trust and build relationships. Demonstrated success at influencing andcoaching employees and business leaders is required. Exceptional organizational, interpersonal andoral/written communication skills are essential. Also important is the abilityto juggle multiple and competing priorities. Some travel may be required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
