Engineering Intern
Overview:
Continental Engineering Services (CES) is seeking a software engineer to support various invehicle automotive electronics within the Continental portfolio. The engineering Intern in this position will be involved in a variety of Systems Engineering activities which are integral toward the development of Continental's electronic control modules
Core
Responsibilities:
Inlab and invehicle Test & development as determined
Provide support to software team members for identification of root cause for issues and corrective action plans.
Responsible in assisting development of new products, and changes to existing products
Creating, importing, modifying, and analysis of customer requirements
Additional
Responsibilities:
Prepare and present responses to action items
Must be willing to travel moderately (
Assistance with other tasks as needed and determined by Management Job Requirements Required
Qualifications:
Must be enrolled in a US accredited degree program
Must maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8
Course of study: Electrical / Software Engineering
Understanding of Automotive Electronic/Electromechanical Products
The ideal candidate is disciplined, and can work independently and within a team environment
Good computer skills
Office software expert
Good communication skills with CES team, internal & external customers
Personal drive and demonstrates initiative
