Position Overview
The Project Design Coordinator will work under the direction of the Design Director, along with the Executive Team and the Director of Licensing and Product Development, to develop and create unique sewing and craft projects for all age groups with our fabrics and products. Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in sewing/craft project creation, be able to discern project ease and scalability, and be a proactive communicator and collaborator. Excellent attention to detail across a variety of projects and timelines is necessary for success in this role.

Responsibilities
Create unique sewing and craft projects to promote our fabrics and products
Write instructions/patterns for projects that are consumer-friendly
Develop unique concepts based on research and market trends
Take ideas from initiation to execution
Balance multiple projects with consistent and strong attention to detail
Qualifications
Experience creating sewing/craft projects
Proven experience writing instructions/patterns
Proficiency in Illustrator or InDesign
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
High taste level with a sharp eye for colors and prints
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Positive, energetic attitude
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of ARL Inc.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
