Financial Analyst

Responsibilities include:
Preparation of monthly productivity reports.
Preparation of monthly client reports with the assistance of upper management.
Assist in the preparation of reports for monthly revenue goals.
Maintenance of access databases and problem fixing.
Maintenance of web based tracker system with the assistance of IT.
Occasional on-site help at various clients (minimal local travel when necessary).
Monthly follow up of all pending payment reports.
Collect all monthly submissions and payments files necessary to generate monthly departmental revenue.
Able to generate and upload monthly eligibility files through eligibility system.
Follow up with Medicaid intermediary on troubled claims.
Entering all payment information for month end invoicing.
Create monthly electronic and hard copy invoices.
Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent education required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Access)
Excellent customer service skills necessary.
Must be able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Must have good communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
Good organization and time management skills are needed.
Good communication skills, detail oriented, multi-tasking, telephone experience, computer, fax, copiers, and general office equipment.
Medical terminology preferred.
Dependability is essential.
