IT Desktop Analyst I

Essential Duties:
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software.
Implement performance upgrades to PCs, including the installation of CPUs, I/O and NIC cards, ribbon cables, hard drives, RAM, CD-ROMs, etc.
Maintaining IT inventory.
Document instances of desktop equipment or component failure, repair, installation, and removal.
Onsite branch/department support.
Handle the ticketing system, phone and email support.RequirementsRequirements:
Ability to troubleshoot PC problem & basic network issue.
Research new technology to benefit Desktop operation.
Intermediate Microsoft product knowledge (OS & Office suite).
Strong customer service skill.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
