Job Description Summary
Successful candidate will be responsible for operating various types of mobile equipment, and will need to be capable of performing maintenance on stationary plants. In addition, the qualified candidate will be responsible for clean-up duties as needed.
Requirements
Physical ability to operate equipment under temperature extremes and for extended hours of time. Normal shift is 8-12 hours.
Ability to utilize mobile equipment with attention to detail and emphasis on craftsmanship.
Ability to withstand common vibratory motion associated with operation of most mobile equipment and occasionally rough terrain.
Attendance required according to company attendance policy.
Attitude/Cooperation:
Must always maintain a courteous and professional manner with co-workers, customers, and the general public.
Ability to be flexible with last minute schedule changes, location changes, time of shift changes. Overtime work required.
Ability to adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) policy and maintain individual PPE in a functional condition.
Initiative to perform/assist with other positions for job completion.
Must pass drug test and criminal background check.
Education/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
