We are currently looking for a stand out person to join a dynamic and goal-driven team as our front desk concierge. This person oversees the first impressions of our real estate brokerage. They have talent and desire to connect with people. They enjoy filling a support role as well as executing systems and tasks to ensure a high standard of operating procedures are met. They are seen as a very professional individual, with a high level of verbal communication skills and organizational skills. This position is a perfect fit for anyone who desires to grow, be challenged and an essential member of a team focused on growth, production, training and culture.
Responsibilities
This Position Requires:
A positive attitude and deep commitment to relationship building, follow-up, and customer service
Competence with computers, faxes, email, multiple line phone system, and the Internet
Above average phone skills and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work with numbers. Bookkeeping/ accounting experience
An ability to be team player who enjoys working with and assisting others
An ability to perform multiple projects daily
A take charge attitude and a reliable self-starter
Capacity to work in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
An ability to focus, remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines
Motivation to be punctual, hardworking and dependable
Knowledge of Real Estate practice and principles a plus!
An interest in growing his/her own skills to being a supportive leader within the team.
The drive and desire to influence; however, the overriding marker of his/her behavior is persistence and stability.
Qualifications

Required Education: High school graduate; Bachelor s degree preferred
Required
Experience: 2-3 years of administrative experience; or 2-3 years of customer service/management experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
