Responsibilities
General Job Function: To perform service, maintenance, and warranty work requests, recommend and sell service agreements, accessory items, and replacement systems. Ensure complete customer satisfaction by professionally servicing and repairing systems in a consistent and quality manner. Strive to maintain a professional company image in the marketplace through personal attitude, action, and appearance.
Qualifications
Minimum
Qualifications:
2 or more years HVAC Service experience (residential/light commercial)
Strong technical knowledge, be detail oriented and quality driven
RMGA and NATE Certification Preferred
Excellent Customer interaction skills
Valid driver s license and good driving record
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Must be well-groomed, drug-free and be able to pass a criminal background check
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 100 lb. air conditioning and refrigeration equipment 8 to 10 times each day.
Must be able to work outdoors in wet and cold (below freezing) and in extremely hot and humid weather (above 100o degrees).
Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding.
Must have dexterous use of both hands.
Must be able to work in a kneeling or squatting position.
Must have previous experience using mechanical hand tools.
This is strenuous work requiring good corrected vision, hearing, sense of smell, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting and the ability to work without supervision.
Must be a non-smoker or be able to refrain from smoking while at work, in company vehicle, and in customer s homes and businesses.
Upon hire, up to $500 bonus will be paid immediately, up to $500 paid after successful completion of 45 days, and the remaining balance will be paid on or around December 15. Must be currently employed to be eligible for the bonus. Signing bonus is based on experience, certifications, and training and is negotiable.
