Job Description
We seek a driven sales person with a consistent professionalism (clean, polite and well organized) that enjoys helping Utah families save money. Our sales associates consistently make over $100,000/year.
SolarWorks is driven by Value and Quality. We have partnered with the country's best manufacturer to provide our sales team with the tools and expertise they need to adequately educate and guide our customers through the solar purchase process. We believe that one of the biggest reasons people do not consider solar, is because they do not understand how it works. Your job will be to find and educate those around you about the benefits of pursuing energy independence and living a self-reliant lifestyle.
We do provide in-house training.
Compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis. Your level of professionalism will increase your compensation opportunities.
Responsibilities
We expect members of our sales team to be polite, punctual and organized. As you are invited into people's homes, we expect you to be respectful to the families, empathetic towards their unique situations, and consistent in providing adequate answers to our customers' questions.
You do not need to be pushy.
You will provide the customer the information they require to make an informed decision about their home and lifestyle.
If you do not know the answer to a customer's question, we expect you to be honest with that customer. Disclose the fact that you are not certain about the information they request. You can obtain answers to their questions by calling your direct supervisor, or on-call manager. You can also research the answer in between appointments, and address their concerns on a later visit, or over the phone.
Reliable transportation is required.
Professional sales beget sales. As your momentum grows, SolarWorks will provide the support you need to maintain that momentum through continued training, volume incentives and promotion opportunities. Your income will increase exponentially as you stay connected with your past customers and provide them with support through the first year of solar ownership.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
