The accounting manager safeguards the assets through accounting operations and internal controls. Ensures accurate and compliant financial reporting. Manage and oversee the AR and AP daily transactions
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial statements
Bank account reconciliations
Month-end close
GL entries
Payroll, Withholdings, Quarterlies, HR
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Depreciation
Inventory Management Reports
Sales Tax
Property Tax
Prepare Financial Reports
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in accounting. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution.
2 years accounting experience
Intermediate Excel Knowledge
Microsoft Office Suite experience
Knowledge and Understanding of GAAP
