Must have 2 yrs exp & knowl in the following:
Dsgng & Engg Home Automation systms, incl Lighting Controls, Audio & Video, Access Control, Security Systms, N/work Infrastructure; Knowl of industry stndrds in Home Automation & AV systm dsgn & integration; Knowl of Wired & Wireless N/works, & N/work topology & infrastructure; Knowl of different technologies for Lighting Control, Climate Control, Audio & Video, access controls, Security Systms & Video, & the ability to properly identify the best solution based on the needs analysis; Knowl of heat loads, power reqmts, lighting & acoustical envrmts & their effects on AV systm dsgn; Knowl of control systm prgmg, customer facing interface & backend Logic functions, GUI dsgn, & the effects it has on AV systm dsgn & bringing systm functionality to customer's expectations.
Knowl of audio principles & calibration of audio for the purpose of AV dsgn; Knowl of AutoCAD s/ware, Knowl of various MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio).
