Are you a Training Developer interested in developing innovative instructional materials? DCS Corporation is seeking a Training Developer to design and develop structured courseware and instructional aids required to facilitate effective training for the
Army's Force Protection Systems. The Training Developer will ensure the integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instruction materials, and evaluation plans.
Essential Job Functions:
Interact with customer and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content.
Conduct research and consult with technical subject matter experts, client representatives, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and firm resources in the design and development of new curriculum.
Coordinate the review and assessment of the current curriculum to ensure that the course and program are meeting intended objectives and requirements.

Requirements
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must possess a secret level clearance
Bachelors degree plus 5
years of experience with curriculum development.
Experience with US Army Systems Approach to Training (SAT).
Knowledge of US Army training development standards.
Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness.
Knowledge of the principles of supervision, organization, and administration.
Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form, research, develop, present, and promote projects, work independently, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Ability to travel 50% of the time.
Ability to deploy to and work in austere environments.
Experience with Microsoft Office products.
