As a General Manager you can make a GREAT salary plus both profit bonus and performance bonus.
We have a very simple GM development program. We have developed a certification checklist where you and the GM will simply checkoff your progress each week as you progress toward each management level. Our Supervisors come in and check up on your progress and the local owners in the company are very aware of your progress and how you are developing. We all want to see you develop and go on to each management level.
