COMMUNITY SUPPORT COORDINATOR/ FULL TIME $15.
25/hour Come join an exceptional team! Work with adults with Mental Illness & Substance Abuse - providing case management and implementing treatment plans for individuals living independently in the community.
Strong writing, computer, and organizational skills a must.
Experience with dual diagnosis strongly preferred.
High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years related experience, or Associates Degree plus 1 year related experience.
DIRECT CARE WORKER/PART TIME $12.
75/hour - 2 Positions Work on an as-needed basis when called, in staff supported residence serving adults with Mental Illness and Substance Abuse Disorders.
Provide a supportive presence, accompany to appointments and community integration, and assist in client recovery and skill building.
Must have good writing skills and be available some combination of evening and weekend shifts, as well as weekday.
High School Diploma, with 1 year of college and 1 year of human service experience preferred.
All positions require a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a good driving record.
