Human Resources Generalist
Johnson Matthey is seeking a Human Resources Generalist.
This position is responsible for providing Human Resource Generalist and training support for various internal customer groups as assigned for ECT NA such as directing and administrating all human resources activities that include recruitment, employee relations, talent management, assisting in the development and implementation of HR programs and policies, benefit communication, training and other employee services.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in PC skills specifically in Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
- HRIS and payroll experience a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems and PC skills essential.
