Senior Business Analyst : Lead business and systems analysts to gather, document and analyze business requirements and process; provide leadership to research, select and implement solutions to meet requirements; develop business, data and process models to meet requirements; develop and implement business plan for development, timelines, and process workflows; lead JAD sessions; develop and maintain project documentation including protect plan, process maps/schedules, deliverable etc; write use cases based on requirements; support implementation, maintenance and testing of software systems; plan, conduct user training. REQUIREMENTS: BS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science / IT / IS / Related AND 5 yrs relevant progressive experience in job offered or similar. Full time / Travel / Relocation.
