Job Duties: Right Click Systems, LLC in Allentown, PA is seeking experienced Sr. Computer Systems Analysts to assist Project Managers in executing final decisions and work products, as well as work on all facets of project life cycles, including the design, development, testing, and deployment of computer systems and programs. Individuals will apply advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of computer science principles and concepts to perform the following duties:
Review, modify, and update existing programs, systems, and legacy applications to correct errors and non-compliance, adapt to new hardware, and ensure function and performance
Analyze user requirements to design systems and programs, improve existing systems, and optimize efficiency and accuracy
Modernize legacy applications via migration of Mainframes application to Windows platform and data migration.
Participate in all phases of development lifecycle from gathering requirements to testing, implementation, and support.
Perform development work on application enhancements to implement new business requirements
Install and test new software releases, patches and upgrades
Participate in Change Management and Build deployment process
Coordination with both onshore/offshore and client business teams to discuss issues and review technical/functional documents
As assigned, may perform other duties normally associated with this occupation.
Minimum requirements: Masters degree in Computer Science or any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) field that provided the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position that provided the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. In lieu of the above-stated primary education and experience requirements, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) field that provided the required knowledge, skills, and abilities and five (5) years of post-degree, progressive experience in the job offered or in a related position that provided the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Must also have demonstrable experience and proficiency with the following tools, technologies, and procedures:
1. IBM Mainframes, MS Windows, Micro Focus, Visual Studio, and .NET Framework
2. Programming languages such as: COBOL, SQL, XML, or C
3. Database software such as: Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2, PL/SQL, or Oracle
Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. The term suitable, in this context, means substantial compatibility with stated academic level and job experience requirements and ability to perform job duties.

No travel or telecommuting. Position is project-based at various unanticipated work sites within the U.S., and relocation may be required at the end of each long-term project.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
