Responsibilities:
Maintains HVAC/R equipment by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment; maintaining records. Ensure the proper maintenance of refrigeration equipment, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, thermal storage, filtration systems, valves, VFDs, motors, pumps, and other rotating equipment, etc .
Common Sense; Superior attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines in a demanding environment required.
Excellent problem solving skills and organizational skills. Interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
On-Call Hours, Weekends, and Holidays (Rotated)
Qualifications:
EPA Universal Certification.
High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred:
1 year experience in Industrial and Commercial Environment
Must have industry standard tools
Experience:
2 years experience with a HVAC/Refrigeration company or Completion of trade school coursework in HVAC/Refrigeration maintenance.
Experience in Industrial Refrigeration
