The retail audit services administrator is responsible for execution of a comprehensive business process that measures the activities of the RSS auditor programs in terms of productivity, accuracy, and expense control. The applicant will facilitate and develop training sessions for the purpose of maintaining and developing the RSS employee base. Provide recommendations and analysis using various tools and information on maintaining and improving department results. Conduct special projects assigned by the immediate supervisors. Coaching and mentoring RSS auditors in all aspects of the RSS position. Excessive communication daily with RSS auditors specific to scheduling opportunities (changes, drops, rescheduling of missed and dropped audits, rescheduling of audits completed but not to standard or requirements). Start to finish recruiting task; review resumes, conduct interviews and complete hiring decision on new RSS employees. S/he will perform continuously trouble shooting payroll and expense errors or opportunities and working with esc and expense payable to resolve. Maintain and support in conjunction with applications/systems that support the different auditing programs.
Requirements
The applicant should have 1 to 5 years of retail experience. S/he should written communications and presentation skills, high level of problem solving and decision-making skills, high level of customer service skills. Retail store operations and retail store experience preferred. S/he should have the ability to prepare and present presentations to various levels of audiences, ability to prioritize work assignments with excellent attention to detail. Must be self-motivated and work with minimum supervision. The candidate must be able to work independently. The incumbent should have the knowledge in financial & quantitative cost center management, expense control, drawing accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material. S/he should be innovative and resourceful and should have adaptability, delegating and controlling skills. Efficient in microsoft applications and internet applications. S/he should have excellent driving and route mapping skills and a valid driving license.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years degree preferred
