Lab Analyst (Chemist)

Prepare chemical bath solutions including copper-plating bath solutions, tin-plating bath solutions, tin lead-plating bath solutions nickel-plating bath solutions, gold-plating bath solutions, silver-plating bath solutions, zinc-plating bath solutions, and electro less nickel planting and aluminum anodizing. Conduct lab tests and routine analysis of various components. Marinate bath balance and verify the electrical conductivity of bath. Insure the proper chemical composition of the chemical baths to make sure the amount of metal deposition onto the metal parts can be controlled. Follow strict standards and work with the water treatment system prior to dumping the used water into the plating areas. Analyze and treat the water treatment system to insure that there are no hazardous chemicals in the water, as per the city, state, and federal guidelines. Monitor the incoming city water and de-ionize water for the plating areas.
Requirements: Bachelor degree in Chemistry/Pharmacy/ chemical engineering or related lab sciences/analysis field plus 1 year of experience in job offered or in related Lab Analyst occupation
