We are looking for Account Manager to work out of the corporate offices in Palatine. This role is a full time, salaried position, offering full medical, dental, a 401k retirement plan, paid vacation and holidays.
Overview:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing, cultivating, growing and expanding existing clients within the organization. You will have day to day responsibilities of managing client orders, validating and writing job descriptions, vetting and submitting candidates and managed the order to hire process for contingent staffing. The Account manager will be responsible for driving submittals from the recruiting team to the client by assisting the recruiting team in the sourcing, comprehension and search techniques needed for the various requisitions.
Requirements:
2-5 years of relevant experience with contingent staffing. Experience with IT is required, prefer experience with Non-IT roles as well.
Must have experience with full life cycle recruiting from Source to hire.
Experience with Applicant Tracking systems and recruiting ERP systems.
Experience with Bullhorn a plus
Ability to assist Recruiting team in sourcing candidates
Deep experience with LinkedIn. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
Experience with Client relationship management preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work with a diverse and geographically disparate client and recruiting staff.
BA/BS degree.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
