E-Commerce Content Lead
The E-Commerce Content Lead will be responsible for the administrative support and assistance for The Raider Image E-Commerce website.
This position is responsible for product content, updating product imagery and providing support to the Merchandise Brand Manager.
Essential Job Functions
- Consistently audit the website to ensure all product and content information is correct.
- Ensure all product pages are accurate; must be able to respond quickly to issues.
- Ensure products are highly visible to the customer and easy to find via site search efforts and category navigation.
- Compile, organize, and enter product descriptions, attributes, and related meta data into Master database.
- Upload new and re-stock products including product images to website.
- Remove Out-of-Stock items from the web after reviewing on hand and on order inventory.
- Create product, front page and ad space images for online use, editing and resizing to specs in Photoshop.
- Review Yahoo Analytics, make suggestions for changes.
- Update store hours and events on the Raiderimage.
com website. - Run weekly, monthly sale reports for Yahoo! Store along with competitive analysis.
- Run weekly returned product and ensure availability online.
- Address site issues and errors promptly, with comprehensive follow-up.
- Confirm published content is best practice compliant, including SEO, naming conventions, brand guidelines, tagging, and testing for quality assurance.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent business experience.
- Exceptional work ethic, personal accountability, and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Critical thinking and patience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft office, Photoshop and Yahoo Business platform.
- Must be flexible regarding work hours including, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
