Seeking individual able to lend expertise with reinsurance placement for an insurance carrier, must be able to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements as well as lead development of pricing and coverage parameters.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of contract wording and ability to perform annual contractual language review and changes.
Expert knowledge of reinsurance buying directly from reinsurance carriers, or familiarity with interfacing with reinsurance broker representatives.
Experience with statutory and GAAP reporting processes.
Shall:
Lead credit quality review processes for reinsurance buying activities.
Develop relationships with customers, peers, staff and management.
Supervise and oversee treaty placement processes and establish coverage and pricing parameters.
Excellent compensation package and opportunities to advance within the organizational structure. End of year bonus based on performance. Salary up to $160,000 to start with bonus opportunities for compensation topping $170,000. Full medical, dental and vision benefits, paid time off for personal and sick days, paid vacations and holidays.
