We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst - Operations Data & Analysis. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible to oversee project administration, and report on initiatives across all Infrastructure Engineering and Operations departments. In addition, he/she will be responsible for tracking operational results; tying results back to initiatives and distributing reports to business units. He/she will also work with assigned personnel for projects and provide guidance with regard to timeliness and completion of project objectives. The Senior Analyst will collect data from variety of systems to maintain procedural controls and compliance and is able to analyze data to identify opportunities to improve results on key performance indicators. This role will work closely with the Senior Director, Performance Process & Metrics to design and implement creative solutions, institute rigor and consistency around implementation approach, as well as drive success-based metrics for assigned project initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:
Tracking operational performance and measuring impact and success of projects across all functional groups within Network Operations; consolidating and reporting financial and operational updates for all Infrastructure Engineering projects to Senior Management; analyzing data, trends or obstacles, identifying root cause and considering available solutions or alternative methods of proceeding; monitoring project variables (cost, effort, scope, etc.) against the project performance baseline; ad-hoc development and data analysis for executive management requests; project management for assigned projects.
o Bacherlors degree in Finance, Statistics or another anlytical degree. Master's degree is a plus.A minimum of six years of data analysis, data testing and reporting.
o Ability to prepare executive level analysis and presentations.
o Meticulous data testing techniques for all levels of executive and functional reporting.
o Strong understanding of budget and forecast concepts
oAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Power Point.
o Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
