Leading independent producer and distributor of programming in the worldwide television marketplace is seeking an experienced, hands-on sales finance manager for this newly created position.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA a plus
Minimum 5
years' experience in receivables/revenue/licensing environment in the Entertainment industry
Experience with sales forecasting
Ability to read and interpret complex contracts in financial terms
Systems experience, including rights management systems
Skilled with accounting software and MS Office, including Access and advanced Excel skills
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform invoicing function, including contract administration and tracking
Monitor and analyze receivables, credit and collections in a multi-currency environment
Sales and cash forecasting, budgeting, and revenue recognition
Reconcile transactions and balances to maintain accurate accounts
Manage close process for revenues and receivables
Prepare cash forecast of existing invoicesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
