UI App and Graphics Designer

We are actively seeking a well-seasoned, passionate UI app and graphics designer that has a natural talent for designing simple, intuitive, user-friendly mobile applications and riveting graphics, in general. We are a technology company located 10 miles west of Philadelphia with multiple exciting, game-changing products and apps ready to launch in the next 3-9 months. (The main one is in the banking industry.)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce graphic sketches, wireframes, interactions, and layouts for mobile applications, first being a banking-type application.
Develop storyboards, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate user interaction and design ideas.
Design graphic elements for implementation while incorporating standard UI concepts, best practices, and design methodologies.
Document and maintain UX, design specifications and other project details in our Ciright platform.
Help define the user model and user interface standards for new and existing products and applications.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Design graphics for websites
Create marketing collateral pieces, product specifications and presentations
Support any ongoing graphics needs that may arise
MUST HAVE Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in User Interface Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphics Design or related area.

total years experience in app design with 1-3 years in BANKING or FINANCIAL mobile app design.
Demonstrated experience in designing usable mobile interfaces.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite.
A general understanding of how design impacts development.
Ability to quickly turn around rigorous wire-frames and mockups in an iterative environment.
Thrives under pressure.
Exceptional multi-tasker with great time management and prioritization abilities.
LOVES change.
Has a positive, whatever it takes attitude.
Passionate about his or her work but easily takes criticism.
Able to lead, work and collaborate with a team.
Outstanding communicator.
