Food producer seeking individual able to join a growing team working with unique specialty products and provide excellent quality management experience to ensure smooth, legal and regulatory compliant operations.
Shall:
Ensure products meet quality specifications by developing, testing, and implementing quality management systems for plant-wide operations.
Develop quality control plans for new products and support new product development teams.
Provide leadership to the Quality department operating under FDA and USDA standards, ensure proper adherence to quality standards and requirements.
Experience & Education:
3
years quality management experience in food production.
B.S. in Food Science or similar.
Knowledge of ISO 22000 - Food Safety Management.
Excellent compensation package up to $70,000 with annual bonus and full medical, dental, vision and life insurance. Paid time off for personal days, vacations and holidays. Pension plan with matched 401(k) and annual performance bonuses.
