Takes a proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer service.
If its broke you can fix it (kitchen appliances, air conditioner units, commodes, leaky faucets, ground maintenance, painting, drywall, etc.)
Has been a team-lead or coach knows how to train and lead others.
Can develop and work within budgets and control costs.
Can work a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends.
Has a keen sense of urgency, able to anticipate problems and implements solutions consistently.
Team player participates as the eyes and ears for property management.
Remains positive and patient in communicating with customers.
Works well with general contractors scheduling, auditing, and building strong relationships.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel and Word).
Work Experience 2 years of general maintenance experience (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.) in the property management field.
Certifications a Plus HVAC, EPA, and CPO
Education High School Diploma or GED, Bachelors Degree preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
