An immediate need exists for a Construction Estimator with strong software skills and an understanding of the various facets of construction estimating, particularly interior design. Ideal candidates would have the following qualifications and
Experience:
? A minimum of two years construction related estimating experience
? Strong software skills, particularly with Excel, and a knowledge of common packages
? Experience with an estimating software like Xactimate would be a plus but is not required
? Some knowledge of both interior and exterior components in the construction process
? A background or education in interior design would be a plus
? AutoCAD experience or training would be a plus but is not requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
