The Plant Superintendent- Production, is responsible to Supervise and give work direction to multiple work groups in a production, maintenance or warehouse operation. The ideal candidate must possess the following
Qualifications:
Knowledge of industry, machinery, equipment, and processes.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
Managing internal relationships.
Problem analysis/solving.
Scheduling.
Process management.
Responsibilities include:
Continuous and efficient production, coordinating employees, equipment, and materials/supplies.
Communication of production issues, schedule and priorities within and between shifts.
Timely and quality completion of orders.
Ensure employee compliance with schedules, policy, and procedures.
Operating condition of machinery and equipment.
Employee retention.
Ontime completion/schedule.
Safety
Quality
Productivity
Compliance
Downtime
Waste/scrap
Experience/Education/Certification Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Must be willing to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment.
Minimum of 5 or more years of experience supervising employees within the corrugated packaging industry.
Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word (to write business correspondence), Excel (for use of spreadsheets, reporting, simple formulas) and Outlook (for internal and external correspondence).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
