Duties: Prepare reagents to process and analyze human pathology index from human tissue specimens, blood, sputum and saliva. Plan, design and conduct tumor immunology research using ELISA, microarray and biomarker screening techniques. Perform protein microarray using cDNA library building, phage display technique, microarray spotter, microarray scanner, and related serological and molecular techniques. Perform immunological assays using ELISA, flow cytometry and luminex technology. Perform cell culture, DNA frame construction, protein expression and purification with HPLC. Perform molecule structure analysis using mass spectrometry. Maintain laboratory notebook, and prepare and deliver project reports.
Requirements: Master of Science in Molecular Biology or Biochemistry, plus 1 year of experience in the job offered.
